ODEX Site: Updated
Before you guys come killing me for being Pro-dex, I got to say: I’M NOT!!
Fight Against Odex reported that Odex brought down the big guns from the Silicon Valley and Japan themselves all in the name to fight anime downloads in Singapore. With Jamie’s latest article, came the news of Odex’s site been updated.

New feature included:
1) Video on Demand service.
Means you can download animes from their site. >=P
Currently, there are only 2 titles. Seto no Hanayome, and Tokyo Maijin Gakuen. In order to download animes from their site, you need to register with them and create an account. Blah~~ See below for more info:
And 1 episode cost around 2 credit point, equivalent to SG$2.
Lastly, a “forum” that only registered members can enter. Wow =.=;;; And it states: Community Forum
I didn’t register as their member, and may not. And here’s some surprising stuffs I have found out:
Anime DVDs and VCDs are selling at 20 credit points online. Of course, there’s still the Odex article they posted before they change the site. =.=;;; They have change according to what we wanted, not much though. Now, it’s all us to see if we accept them. Which I think not much will 
It all depends on this important factor. If this works, I think fans will go into them soon.
Btw: The rumour of Odex producing Haruhi is a fact! Most likely DVDs. Why do I know? I got a valuable source. Since I got mine, don’t think I’ll be buying theirs, despite mine being bootlegs..
EDIT: Few Days after the site started, the forums are nothing but good news of Odex (70% of it). BY FANS!!! So, no comments.

and i thought they stayed low for a moment..and omfg theres “ODEX DVD COLLECTION” on every of their dvd box. rather buy from R1/2..just a few more months to a cc T.T
Wait… the download is available for 7 days, and you can keep the video forever? Or the video won’t play after 7 days?
it wont play after 7 days, most likely will be auto deleted?

@Chraen and misa misa again: Could be after 7 days, its’s bye bye download. It’s a strategy from them. After watching, cos of “auto-deletion”, if you like it, you will buy the dvds, from odex of course. Nice plan, xedo >.>
@Shiro: As expected~~ they could even say “Yellow Car is the Race Car of the Big Tree!!!!” *not by them* why not that?

Basically just forces singaporeans to dl from them only, and then buy from them.
